Advantages: high-class digitally controlled AC-drives with high-precision planetary gears, modern ZINSER CNC controller with touch screen and operating software, various options including the LK2000 camera system, up to 4 tool carriers, unmatched cutting quality.
Basic equipment: high-precision portal with linear guides for tool carriers, AC-servo Y-drive (3 x 400 V), AC-servo X-drive via rack and pinion with high-precision planetary gears.
Options: up to 4 oxy-fuel torches, plasma bevel unit (2425-I), marking units, CNC-controlled exhaust tables, cartridge filter units, network connection, cantilever for pipe and beam cutting.
