The ZINSER 2325 expands the 23xx/24xx family with two AC-servo drives on the Y-axis and broader track widths up to 4100 mm.
Advantages: digitally controlled AC-drives with high-precision planetary gears, modern ZINSER CNC controller with touch screen, options like the LK2000 camera system, up to 4 tool carriers, excellent cutting quality.
Basic equipment: precision-ground portal with linear guides for tool carriers, two AC-servo Y-drives (3 x 400 V) with high-precision planetary gears, AC-servo X-drive via rack and pinion, slave torch carriages coupled via CrNi steel rope.
Options: up to 4 oxy-fuel torches, plasma bevel unit (2425-I), marking units, CNC exhaust tables, cartridge filter units with pneumatic dedusting, external programming / nesting / remnant management software, cantilever for pipe and beam cutting.
