Description

The ZINSER 2425 builds on the 2325 platform with a wider machine frame (Track + 850 mm) for additional cutting accessories and bevel units. An I-version with two linear guides on the portal is available.
Advantages: digitally controlled AC-drives with high-precision planetary gears, modern ZINSER CNC controller with touch screen, LK2000 camera system option, up to 4 tool carriers.
Basic equipment: precision-ground portal with linear guides (two on the I-version), two AC-servo Y-drives (3 x 400 V), AC-servo X-drive via rack and pinion.
Options: up to 4 oxy-fuel torches, plasma bevel unit for flat plates and pipe cutting, marking units, CNC exhaust tables, cartridge filter units, cantilever for pipe and beam cutting.
