The Songu NEAT6015 is a medium-power, open-type single-table fiber laser cutting machine sized for oversized flat stock, offering a 6000 x 1500 mm cutting bed and source power configurable between 1500 and 12000 W. Its welded bed is machined on a large gantry center and stress-relieved by furnace annealing, while a rack-and-pinion drive with dual servos reaches positioning speeds up to 100 m/min and 1.2 G acceleration. An auto-focus cutting head with adaptive piercing lets it move from thin decorative work to thicker plate without manual optics changes. Positioning accuracy is rated at ±0.05 mm/m with ±0.03 mm/m repeatability, and it processes carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and coated or non-ferrous sheets. Nesting and layout software is integrated with the cutting controller for automatic edge-finding and corner smoothing.
