The NEAT8025 is the 8000 x 2500 mm variant of Songu's ultra-large-format NEAT series, using a modular structure that allows effective cutting strokes from 24 up to 96 metres. It accepts fiber laser sources from 6,000 to 30,000 W, suited to thick-plate processing in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, brass and copper. Positioning accuracy is ±0.03 mm/m, with a maximum coordinated speed of 100 m/min and acceleration up to 1.2 G. Automation covers an auto-focus cutting head, dual-shuttle table capability, workpiece edge detection and integrated nesting software. Safety systems include power-failure memory, emergency stop, automatic fault alarm and light-curtain protection.
