The Songu WMT workstation performs three-dimensional laser welding with a high-precision robot suspended upside down from a rigid gantry frame, which opens up a large working envelope beneath it. A high-performance CNC controls several axes simultaneously and lets operators define multiple work zones within the same cell. The system targets welding of sheet-metal parts, large enclosures and hardware components typical of automotive production, and can optionally be configured for 3D laser cutting. Its rigid portal construction is engineered for fast, stable and repeatable motion in demanding industrial and high-end fields such as automotive and aerospace panels. Songu publishes no fixed capacity figures, as the working range is tailored to each configuration.
Songu WMT gantry 3D laser welder is a strong fit for teams evaluating Songu machines and looking for a practical choice with clear technical positioning and straightforward production integration.
