Description
The ZINSER BeamBot is a fully automated robotic cutting cell for machining structural-steel beams and profiles using plasma and laser technologies, either individually or in combination. It handles beam widths from 100 to 1200 mm, RHS/SHS tubing from 50x50 mm up to 400x400 mm, C-/U-profiles from 75 to 380 mm and L-profiles, with a load capacity of up to 455 kg/m. Robotic four-sided processing with 360-degree access removes the need for manual repositioning of the workpiece. Automatic profile measurement and position detection, together with integrated CAD/CAM and nesting software, deliver precise cutting within a closed, continuous production cell.
