The MEBAswing 320 DG is a semi-automatic band saw built for versatile miter cutting of frequently changing cross-sections, profiles and solid stock. Its saw frame swivels steplessly from 30° to 135° with a 0.1° digital readout, and the miter pivot sits at the intersection of blade and fixed jaw so part length stays constant across angles. A 3.0 kW frequency-controlled drive runs the 4200 x 34 mm bimetal blade at 15 to 150 m/min, while hydraulic full-stroke CETOP clamping holds the workpiece square at any frame angle. It cuts round material up to 325 mm and rectangular sections up to 500 x 300 mm, handling structural steel, stainless, aluminum and demanding alloys with the matching MEBA blade.
