The 410-DGA is a double-miter band saw built on a twin-column frame that eliminates vibration and keeps the machine rigid throughout clamping and cutting. The blade meets the material at a 3° attack angle, while an electric ball-screw positional feed and a laser line reference deliver precise positioning and repeatable cuts. In a single stroke it processes round tube up to 27.5 × 16 in (approximately 700 × 406 mm), with a 19 × 16 in (430 × 410 mm) bundle clamp capacity for high-volume cutting of identical sections. A 7.5 HP drive motor, a vegetable-oil-based Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system and a chip conveyor keep cuts clean and extend blade life. A CNC touch-screen control plus automated infeed and outfeed allow single-operator, unattended sawing.
