The Peddi XDM-630 fuses drilling, sawing and coping into a single CNC processing center for structural steel profiles up to 630 mm (24 in) wide. Three drill assemblies, each with a five-station automatic tool changer and a 25 HP (18.5 kW) Siemens servo motor running up to 3000 RPM, drill holes as large as roughly 40 mm on every face while also tapping, countersinking and performing 4-axis scribing. An integrated traveling band saw executes straight and double-miter cuts up to 60° left and right, and refined slot/cope milling produces a machined finish that removes downstream grinding. Patented Roller Feed Measurement keeps parts accurate throughout production, and Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software drives programming from import to finished part.
Peddi XDM-630 drill/saw line is a strong fit for teams evaluating Peddinghaus machines and looking for a practical choice with clear technical positioning and straightforward production integration.
