This customized production line, based on the HyTube12022A-S1 platform, pairs a 12,000 W fiber laser source with an FSCUT5000 CNC to process tubes and profiles from Φ20 to Φ220 mm at loading lengths up to 12,000 mm and feed speeds reaching 100 m/min. The workflow chains a loading station, a bed feeding station, a cutting and marking station, an unloading conveyor and a robotic stacking station into one continuous cycle. Adaptive magnetic grippers handle stacked loads of up to 8,000 kg, while two chucks rated at 200 kg each hold the workpiece with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm per 1000 mm. The machine cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and coated sheet, running on a three-phase 380 V/50 Hz supply.
