A 6-axis robot mounted on a rigid gantry frame delivers accurate trajectories, achieving ±0.05 mm positioning accuracy and a maximum travel speed of 100 m/min. Its autofocus cutting head processes carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and other metals, targeting automotive hot-formed parts, curved metal components and special-shaped tubes. A collision quick-reset device and a fully enclosed housing with safety interlocks protect both the equipment and the operator.
