The TUBE7524 is a fiber laser tube cutting machine from Songu's Tube series, built around a two-chuck loading system with pneumatic self-centering chucks. It handles tubes from φ20 to φ320 mm in diameter and up to 6500 mm long, with a load capacity of up to 260 kg. A configurable laser source rated 1500 to 6000 W cuts carbon steel, aluminum and titanium alloys, as well as galvanized, brass and copper tubing. Automation covers automatic tube-center detection, active corner-cutting control, power-failure memory and fault alarm with emergency stop. Positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm/m, with positioning speeds up to 60 m/min and maximum acceleration of 0.8 G.
