The Songu WR6000 is a fully automated laser welding cell built around a 6-axis robot with a 2050 mm working radius and a three-station turntable that overlaps loading, welding and unloading. It accepts 1000-10000 W laser sources (fiber, ring-spot or semiconductor) and reaches up to 10 mm weld penetration at a welding speed of 20-30 mm/s.
