LTС-Tube is a multi-optional model of a laser complex with advanced metalworking capabilities.
It is a reliable tool for complex contour high-precision, high-quality cutting of metal, as well as round and shaped pipes.
Features of LTС-Tube:
- in the modification of the machine, a portal-type coordinate table is used. When processing metal — the sheet is motionless.
- LTС -Tube is equipped with a retractable technological table, which provides access to the working area from three sides and greatly facilitates sheet loading;
- an additional option for cutting shaped and round pipes allows cutting pipes from 20 to 200 mm in diameter and up to 6000 mm in length;
- the service life of the laser source is about 100,000 hours of continuous operation;
- LTC -Tube laser complex is equipped with an intelligent self-diagnostic system;
- the use of synchronous linear motors makes it possible to achieve a repeat positioning accuracy of at least 10 microns, without a drop in this indicator over time.
