Description
The FLY4020-C scales Songu's high-speed FLY platform to a 4000 × 2000 mm table while retaining its high-acceleration drivetrain — imported servos on a Rexroth rail system reaching up to 1.7 G. At 20 kW it cuts carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium at a coordinated speed of up to 140 m/min, and takes sheet loads up to 2500 kg. It is aimed at high-throughput production on thin and medium sheet where cycle time matters.
