The RSV-0 is the smallest model in the portable ZINSER RSV range, built for manual flame cutting of pipes between 70 and 120 mm in diameter. Its guidance is a fixed ring half with an adjustable swivelling arm that keeps the torch tracking the circular pipe path. The cutting torch swivels through ± 45° and features a two-coordinate slide for horizontal and vertical adjustment. It runs on acetylene or propane fuel gas together with oxygen and uses ZINSER block nozzles for smooth cut edges. As a fully manual device it suits site and workshop tasks that call for accurate straight cuts on carbon-steel pipe.
Zinser RSV-0 pipe cutting device is a strong fit for teams evaluating Zinser machines and looking for a practical choice with clear technical positioning and straightforward production integration.
