ZINSER 4125B CNC cutting machine
Wide-track CNC gantry for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, with optional drilling, bevel cutting and marking on heavy plate. AC-servo drives and track widths up to 10100 mm handle large-format workpieces.
Portable oxy-fuel device for cutting steel pipes of ø 120–270 mm, running on acetylene or propane. It clamps onto the pipe for on-site cutting and simultaneous beveling.

The Zinser RSV-1 is a portable oxy-fuel device built to cut and chamfer steel pipes with an outside diameter between 120 and 270 mm. Its two opening ring halves and quick-clamping mechanism let the operator fix the unit at any point on an endless pipe, while four wheels and two hand cranks guide the torch smoothly around the circumference. The cutting torch swivels by ±45° and rides on a two-axis slide, so straight cuts and bevels can be produced in one pass using Zinser block nozzles for clean edges. It burns either acetylene or propane and, instead of the manual cranks, can be fitted with an optional electric drive offering infinitely variable travel speed. Its low weight and rugged design make it well suited to on-site work on pipelines and field fabrication.
Zinser RSV-1 pipe cutting device is a strong fit for teams evaluating Zinser machines and looking for a practical choice with clear technical positioning and straightforward production integration.
