The RSV-4/14 is the largest model in Zinser's portable RSV series, built for steel pipes exceeding 1400 mm in diameter. It is anchored to the pipe with a steel-band guide and travels around it via two hand cranks and four wheels, keeping the operator in a fixed position throughout the cut. The cutting torch, fitted with proven Zinser block nozzles for very smooth cuts, swivels ±45° and adjusts horizontally and vertically on a two-coordinate slide, allowing simultaneous cutting and chamfering. It runs on acetylene or propane, and the manual hand-crank drive can optionally be replaced by an electric drive with spur gear and infinitely variable speed control.
Zinser RSV-4/14 pipe cutting device is a strong fit for teams evaluating Zinser machines and looking for a practical choice with clear technical positioning and straightforward production integration.
