Description
The Peddinghaus Anglemaster-643 is a CNC angle line built for continuous punching, shearing and marking of structural angle and flat bar in a single pass. It handles angle up to 6" x 6" x 5/8" (roughly 152 x 152 x 16 mm) and drives two 75-ton punch presses, each carrying two tool stations so up to two hole shapes can be applied per leg. Cutting to length is performed by a single-cut 230-ton shear press that leaves no slug. Part identification is handled by the SignoScript carbide scriber and the SignoMat stamping unit, while a roller-feed measurement system and Siemens control keep positioning accurate at high throughput. Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software together with integrated infeed and outfeed handling make it suited to high-volume detail fabrication.
