The Peddinghaus Anglemaster-663 is a CNC angle line built for high-volume detail processing of structural angle and flat bar up to roughly 160 x 160 x 20 mm. Two punch presses drive 100 tons of hydraulic force through triple-tool stations, punching, nibbling and slotting holes up to 1-1/2 inch, while a single-cut 320-ton shear parts material to length without producing slugs. A patented Roller Feed measurement system with dual encoders and laser leading-edge detection keeps parts accurately positioned during continuous, non-stop feeding. Integrated SignoScript carbide scribing and SignoMat stamping add layout marks and up to 36 characters that survive blasting, galvanizing and painting. The line runs on Peddinghaus controls with Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software and coordinated infeed and outfeed material handling.
Peddinghaus Anglemaster-663 angle line is a strong fit for teams evaluating Peddinghaus machines and looking for a practical choice with clear technical positioning and straightforward production integration.
