The Anglemaster-863 is a fully automated CNC line for processing structural steel angle and flat bar, able to handle everything from thin stock up to the heaviest 8"x8"x1" angle. Punching is performed by two 169-ton cylinders in a triple-tool arrangement, giving three stations per press and holes up to 1.5" in diameter, including squares, rectangles, obrounds and slots. Cutting to length is done by a 527-ton single-cut shear press that produces clean, slug-free cuts on the thickest profiles. Part identification is provided by SignoScript carbide scribing or SignoMat hard stamping, while a Beckhoff control paired with Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software drives the CNC motions. An automated infeed loading system and integrated remnant kicker enable continuous, unattended operation between parts.
Anglemaster-863 angle line is a strong fit for teams evaluating Peddinghaus machines and looking for a practical choice with clear technical positioning and straightforward production integration.
