The PeddiSubX-1120 is a beam drill line built around three fully independent Sub-X carbide drilling assemblies, each powered by a 25 HP (about 18.6 kW) Siemens motor. It processes profiles from 19 × 76 mm up to 457 × 1118 mm, with a 500 mm operating window per spindle so an entire section is covered without repositioning. Beyond drilling it performs slot and cope milling, tapping, countersinking, four-axis plasma marking and carbide scribing on all four faces simultaneously. A Roller Feed measurement system, an aggressive 14-point clamping arrangement and 6-station tool changers on each axis keep production continuous under CNC control with Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software.
