The Ocean Avenger+ is a single-spindle CNC beam drill line built for structural steel fabricators who want carbide drilling productivity at an economical price point. Its drill spindle is driven by a 25 HP (18.5 kW) Siemens motor and served by an 8-station automatic tool changer, allowing drilling, milling, tapping and countersinking without manual tool swaps. Rather than moving the workpiece, the machine advances the drilling tower along precision encoders, removing the need for crane handling while keeping parts accurate. Break-through detection senses the instant each hole is completed and advances immediately to maximise true cutting time, while heavy clamping suppresses vibration to extend carbide tool life. Parts are programmed through Peddinghaus' Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software running on the Peddinghaus CNC control.
Ocean Avenger+ beam drill line is a strong fit for teams evaluating Peddinghaus machines and looking for a practical choice with clear technical positioning and straightforward production integration.
